What does my registration for the JENNER 2017 Symposium includes?
Regular and Student registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all Scientific Sessions
  • Admission to Poster Area and  Exhibition
  • Conference Materials (congress bag, final program, abstract publication, badge)
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Coffee Breaks and Lunch

Accompanying Person registration fee includes: 

  • Coffee Breaks and Lunch
  • Admission to general areas of the Congress Venue (not to Scientific Sessions)

Exhibitor registration fee includes:            

  • Admission to Exhibition Area
  • Coffee Breaks and Lunch

Which meals are included in accommodation rate and which onesin registration fee?
Coffee breaks and lunches.

If I am unable to attend, can someone take my place at the symposium?
Registered participants who are unable to attend the symposium may nominate (free of charge) a substitute participant by notifying the technical organizer in writing on or before April 20, 2016 After that date, a handling fee of EUR 10 (including Croatian VAT) per name change will be charged. This handling fee is not refundable at any time. Substitutions after this date will be processed directly on-site.

You can pick up your badge on-site as from TIME TBA. You will be able to pick up your symposium materials at the registration desks located  (INFORMATION TBA).

If I am a speaker, where can I upload my presentation?
Speakers must adhere strictly to the scheduled times according the programme.
Electronic material from authors is uploaded on site. The upload is handled at the Slide Area, located near the registration area. The opening hours are as following: TBA

Technical assistance will be provided and edit/update of the material can be done on-site. Please check your presentation carefully before the final sign-off.
If you are giving more than one speech during the Symposium, you may upload all your presentations at the same time and they will be sent to the corresponding session hall at the time of your session.
